This Country...

Is fucked and going nowhere fast.

I'm beyond the point of being upset and now I've just come to accept the fact that things will never change. People think that just because it's time to elect a new president that one of these schmucks is gonna save everyone's ass. Well, news-fucking-flash, when has that ever happened before? All of the people that might have actually been worth voting for were blotted out by the corporate-controlled media and have dropped out, so we're left with this group of douche-astronauts. How the hell do can you believe that fake-ass smirk that's always on Hillary's face? And do you really think that even Barack Obama truly has your interests at heart? People act as though once he gets into office he's going to pull a magic wand out of his ass and there'll be money raining down from heaven... all of a sudden global warming will be solved and we'll all have free health care. Wake up. It's been said that the American public has a collective memory of about two weeks. You'd better believe that's a fact.

My point is that we all know that just about everyone in this country... Democrat, Republican, Independent, Tree-Hugger, Arsonist, and Dog-Catcher wants RADICAL change after the shit that we've had to put up with over the last 8 years- but we're seriously FOOLING OURSELVES if we think for one second that we're going to see the kind of change that we're looking for in ANY of these candidates.

IF YOU DISAGREE WITH ME- I dare your ass to try and prove me wrong. Just try... I need something to make me laugh after truly realizing how screwed we are.

I do disagree with you...because nowhere in your long post did you even consider the idea that Bush isn't planning on leaving office.

I'm not completely certain how our GP 10 server got to be in this state, but apparently the Web Services component was never really working properly. Why I support Bernie Sanders

I was recently asked outright why it is that I support Senator Bernie Sanders for President.  My initial response was something like, "It's complicated.  I'll write a 10,000 word essay on my blog and then post a link".  So I went off and wrote a few detailed paragraphs about anti-corporatism and the Green New Deal and blah blah blah... after working on it for an hour or so, I realized that it didn't explain all of the different facets enough and that I'd have to come back to finish it later. Issues with FRx

At this point, I'm basically keeping this blog for my own notes. Last Friday, Finance ran into an issue with Microsoft FRx which basically prevented them from doing anything.  When attempting to login to Report Designer, they would see the message "OFSI Server is not Available". As it turns out, the source of the problem was the fact that, when you went into Company --> Information and looked at any of the companies, the only thing available under "Accounting System" was "FRx Demo General "Ledger". Although I wasn't completely sure how this happened, it seems that a setting in the FRx\SysData\ActSys32.mdb file was changed.  The line for "Great Plains - SQL Server\MSDE" was disabled and needed to be re-enabled.  Once that was saved, I was able to change the settings back to what they should have been in the Companies and have everything work properly.
